yes a few, I've never owned a vehicle with AWD and not encountered any problems with just FWD and therefore can't justify my need for it and also:

• additional purchase cost ($2000)
• worse fuel economy
• higher maintenance cost
• just something else that can go wrong
• don't do a lot of driving

Yeah.....I am in the same situation....except I do a fair amount of driving.
I am also good with the FWD 'S' because I don't need any of the EX features. I did have some misgivings because it is same size as the cheaper H-RV LX. But then I saw all the extras I would get with the Seltos S standard so it is worth the higher price.
