On our way from Minnesota to Idaho, our 2021 Seltos SX Turbo threw a P023600 engine code, which was something in the engine control module. The car had 19,000 miles on it and we've never had an issue until this. I called the KIA dealer in Blilings, MT and explained the situation and the service writer recommended coming in so they could check it out. As we drove, all if the warning lights came on and it appeared that the car went into limp (safe) mode. We pulled into Forsyth, MT and called Kia roadside service but AAA was able to get there sooner. Our Seltos got some of it's best fuel mileage riding on the back of a flatbed tow truck for over 100 miles to the dealer in Billings. Upon our arrival, the car had no codes and ran fine! They suspected the turbo boost sensor but there were no parts available. So, we took our car back and returned to Minnesota with some anxiety, but the car ran flawlessly. Thanks to Kia's Customer Service and the people at Rimrock VW/Kia in Billings.Hopefully we won't experience anything like that again!
