Sorry it took me so long to meander back....
And remember as I do my mini comparison, I drove a prius. I am a small vehicle driver, and short as well
If i had to pick one I would say to me this drives closest to the Nissan Rogue Sport. I really liked how that drove, and liked it overall. When I almost purchased one, I had no clue the Seltos existed. The dealer started playing games so I just left and that vehicle was history... They need to work on their dealerships as each one was a story. I had a discount program for this one, it should have been easy.
The Kona. The first time I really liked the test drive... Not enough to pull the trigger, but enough to consider.. On subsequent rides, it felt choppy and I felt claustrophobic in it. Perhaps it was because on one of the test drives a salesman who was on the larger/taller side drove with me. The very small storage space bothered me as well. By the 4th ride, I disliked it.
The Tucson..I liked it ..didn't love it...but liked it alot. I never truly felt comfy in it as it felt too big. It had lots of great features, but the price point bothered me as well as available inventory. It's about a 4k difference between Tucson and Seltos. Nice features and storage on the Tucson.
The Subaru. I really wanted to love the subaru. My first test drive was a parking lot drive as it had no gas. I liked it. However, It was so stiff and tank like to me after I drove the Seltos. I drove all the cars again, except the Nissan, after I drove the Seltos. The Seltos was the only one that felt the same or better in each drive, and it really highlighted what I didn't like about the others. The interior is nicer on the Crosstrek.
The Seltos just felt so comfortable, and dealer experience, overall was pretty good. 3 weeks or so later, i am still pleased.
