Hi - here's the weird quesition of the day. Us old people like the old fashioned vertical cargo net near the back of the car, sorry to see our Seltos only has the horizontal one to hold stuff down "on the floor". I'll experiment with a net from our Soul but our backs would appreciate a simple old fashioned cargo net at the back - wondered if anyone has figured that out yet... Thanks... Doug

I found these two products to help with no 'envelope' style cargo net for Seltos.

These hooks slip over the rear seat headrest mounts and work great - don't force the headrest to be any higher than normal. Tested with a lot of bags from King Soopers last weekend.

There are tons of folding storage containers available. This one is good size, reasonably priced and has two velcro strips on bottom to keep in in place. Folds up and stores easily under the storage floor (when it's in the upper position). Held a 23 pd turkey not problem!

PS Here are trunk organizers I bought earlier - "L" shaped pieces with velcro that very securely organize luggage, boxes etc., on the floor of the cargo area. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B071VMKH7H/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o07_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

2021 EX disappointed there is not a cargo cover (yet) But these hooks are a great temporary solution with a home made cargo cover.
The SX turbo comes with the cargo cover that attaches to the hatch and lifts up when you lift up the hatch. Mine is sitting in the basement however - the tinted windows do a good job in covering stuff but it's not like it's high crime here in colorado. Does the ex model have the grooves and stuff to use the cargo cover?

Good morning, thank you for the comments. My search continues. I was told at the dealer the Seltos EX did not have any of the hardware and "grooves" for a cargo cover but I am determined to make one or find one that I can modify. In Metro Atlanta one needs as much cover up as possible. The tinted windows not as dark as my past Nissans.

Oh my, we were in Marietta ("May-retta") for 6 years with AT&T before moving out here a long time ago. I looked through a few pages of Amazon cargo cover results but didn't see anything generic - you might have to go with a larger folding container that has a top on it. This is one I found - just have to make sure it would fit And see how thick it is when you fold it up. There's quite a bit of room under the cargo floor. Thank you! That is the one I purchased, works fine, I have to carry around my site hard hats and gear so I keep it out all the time. I will find an inexpensive retractable cargo cover and take off the fabric and use the hooks from the above discussion and make do until Kia comes out with an after market product.
Marietta, you say? One of those little towns outside the perimeter :0) To scary going OTP.
Again thanks for all your assistance.

Ha...never found it very scary....maybe Roswell....hahah. It was a nice place to raise our girls, but moved out with IBM in 1996 and am just as happy to have left a bunch of those attitudes, to be honest with you! (I don't think you would have those same attitudes...).

I did buy this $19.95 "Seltos Cargo Net" from Amazon:
Trunk Floor Style Cargo Net for KIA Seltos 2020 2021
Brand: TN TrunkNets Inc
But it was not 'taut' enough - it would restrain only the largest of items on the floor of the cargo area. Back it went. Just an FYI....
