Has anybody else noticed a repetitive relay clicking noise when the rear wiper blade is turned on in the low position?

it was the same on all three Kia's that I have owned. It only does it on the intermittent setting, continous wiping it doesn't do it.

Mine is present whenever the wiper is on. Intermittent or continous. It is apparently because the relay did get put behind the sound proof barier.
