We purchased a 2021 Kia seltos back in October. From the first week in we have been having “connectivity” issues with Apple CarPlay. It disconnects constantly stating it “doesn’t recognize USB port” and will reconnect again over and over. Yup, I have a compatible USB port. Yup, I’ve had it serviced at KIA to tell me that they are aware of the issue and are “awaiting info on a software update.” I’ve waited another 2 months and called again “with still no update”-I travel for work and using maps that constantly disconnect is more than problematic at this point. Any advice
