Did I buy a "lemon"?

I'm resorting to this forum for desperate feedback from other Seltos drivers. I bought my Seltos BRAND NEW July 2021, and have had perpetuating issues (most unresolved) with it since then.

1. Weird knocking sound... 3 x visits to dealer later it was fixed. Other odd squeaking sounds seem to have been repaired.
2. Radio/Computer system crash: no gps, no phone connection - basically has not worked. New radio/computer replaced and car arrived back today. I will test this still.
3. Car shuddering: Diagnosed as ABS problem. Brakes replaced. Car still shudders, notably braking at low speed, downhill.
4. Loss of power - misfiring on all 4 cylinders

Wow that’s a whole lot of issues for one car practically off the lot. I would speak to a Lemon Law attorney and sort this out - I haven’t come across anyone else with this large of a combination of diagnosed errors/problems.

The most concerning problem is the misfire on all four. ABS issue is something I’ve only read about once, and I don’t remember if there was any followup regarding a fix from the owner.

Make sure you keep all of your documentation for these issues IN PAPER and at home - if they’re putting things into your Kia account and not printing them, request that the docs be printed for you. And whatever you do, don’t discuss lemon law with the dealer until you’ve spoken with an attorney. They’ll make your life harder than it already is.

Can I ask what country/state you’re in? I believe we had one other owner on this forum who used lemon law to get out of a Seltos EX with a continually failing engine/transmission and if I’m not mistaken, the problems started at the body wiring harness and trickled down from there.
