Everybody's spine is different, but as somebody who as struggled with back (and hip) pain in car seats quite a lot my advice is to make really sure you've taken the time to experiment with positioning to be certain you've found the best combination of angles for your own needs.
One common mistake people tend to make is having their seat too high, and then adjusting everything else into less than ideal positions to compensate for it. Start low and let the way your arm meets the the side door rest be a guide. Next, optimize the bottom cushion tilt for thigh support, then adjust the back angle until you can almost touch your wrist to the top of the steering wheel. Then adjust lumbar to preference. I find the Seltos seat pretty comfortable after going through it this way. This is what works for me, but we're all different!
