Hood Deflector-2021 KIA Seltos SX Turbo

Hello All;
I have a 2021 Seltos SX Turbo. I travel Hwy's to and from work.I was wondering has anybody installed a hood deflector on their Seltos?What kind did you purchase? Was it hard to install? I'm hoping the wind that is deflected will save my hood from getting nicked up from the highway.I did see a local Kia dealer in PA had a OEM deflector for $160 installed.That seemed like a good price compared to others I have seen on line either OEM or aftermarket.
Thanks
Joe

3M film would be a better investment imo…the hood deflector won’t protect the front portion above the grille as the hood cut line is several inches back.
To my knowledge, there is no one that makes a hood deflector yet. Only one is crazy priced and isn't really a deflector.
As Speedtek22 mentioned, I asked about a deflector while getting my front windows tinted. They suggested a wrap for the front of the hood approx. 12 inches up and across the hood. Cost is $300, where I got my windows tinted. I will get it wrapped before doing any stick on or fastened deflectors, just my opinion.

Is the wrap clear or same color as vehicle?

I have not got it done yet, however I would presume it is clear?, just my guess. I bought a paint stick from Kia for touch ups, well, they look worse than the marks themselves! A colour wrap would certainly make a big difference, but again, I am not sure of the wrap, sorry Mewise14

The 3M wrap (or similar rock guard material) is clear...they specifically cover forward facing areas of the vehicle with it.
Mirror caps, A-pillars, front 1/3 or so of the hood, and the front facia.
