How to factory reset 21 Seltos Infotainment

I wanna do a hard reset and get rid of this new update I loaded into it, it’s laggy and having speaker cut out never had it until I had this new software

I used the 'push the tiny button' method above 2 months ago when all of a sudden my navigation map disappeared (everything else in infotainment continued working)...and that worked... You won't be able to undo the s/w / navigation update this way, however....you may be able to find the older version and reinstall it (?) at update.kia.com, but I don't that that is advised... But you symptoms sound like a pain in the neck....maybe warranty issue...?
