How to update Infotainment software in Seltos HTK Plus from India

I'm from India. Its been 3 years of my car purchase. and KIA service center people told that they can't update the software after 2 years of purchase. and they told me that I can get the software update from somewhere with some payment. can someone please help me to get this!
