hi i'm trying to update my 2021 seltos system i've downloaded the software, formatted the flash drive in both fat32/exfat and the system just say no supported files found. any help would be appreciated.

Did you format the flash drive yourself? Or did you allow the Navigation Updater software to take care of it for you?

There shouldn’t be anything to do on your end other than to select the correct vehicle and hit the download button

I let the app do everything and still when I plug the drive in it said, no supported files found. has me wondering if my setup is original.

Double check to make sure you selected the correct NAV system for your vehicle
