KIA Seltos Aircon System Problem and they did not fix the problem

I bought a new KIA Seltos in Feb2021, after a few weeks discovered that the rear Aircon vent is blowing warm air when Aircon temperature control set at 24 degree celsius even when the outside temperature is at 35 degree celsius.
The Aircon front vent will blow warm air when temperature set at 25 degree.
I book a appointment 26 April 2021 with KIA workshop and they claimed that this Aircon system is normal and did not rectify the problem. They claimed as below;
During the visit on 26 Apr 2021, inspection was carried out on the vehicle’s Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning System; the values such as Ambient Temperature Sensor, Evaporator Temperature Sensor, photo sensor, In-car air temperature sensor and other related values that maintain the operation of the climatic air-conditioning system. We did not find any abnormalities in the values and all sensors and actuators are functioning normally and a diagnostic scan with the manufacturer’s diagnostic scanner did not report any diagnostic trouble codes. These data was also inspected and compared to 2 other similar vehicles and the performance was found to be similar and thus the vehicle’s air-conditioning system was judged to be operating normally.
That's radiculous and silly.

I’m so confused about this? If the temp is set to 24 or 25 degrees Celsius…. That would blow warm air out the vents as those are warm temp values. If you want cool air to come from the vents it would need to be set to 20 or lower. Whether AC is on or off, if your temp is set to 24 or 25 - the air is going to come out 24 or 25 degrees; which is warm …

KIA Seltos SX got climate control. If temperature is set at 25 degree celsius and outside temperature is at 35 degree Celsius.Then, the Aircon system should cool down the cabin of the car by blowing cold air and not blowing warm air. So it's climate control of the Aircon is faulty...here in Singapore climate is usually above 30 degree celsius . correct me if I m wrong.. 😊 thanks
Set the temp to LO (the lowest setting), turn on AC and turn on the Air Recirculate. Or even the max AC setting. It’ll blow cold air.

25 degree air is warm air, it’ll be cooler than 30 but it won’t be enough to actually bring the internal temp lower.

Yes, but what I am saying is that the climate control is not effective and some kind of redundant... It can not give the desired temperature you set at the control panel...

I understand what you’re saying - however that is not how AC works. In warm/humid climates, the temp you set is not the temp that the inside of the car will become. It is just the temp that it’ll blow through the vents (ish). In moderate climates it’s closure to how you’re describing. In humid warm / hot climates. You literally need to crank it to coldest setting to cool down vehicle.
How you going to explain about the blowing of warm air from the Air con vent, when there is a climate control air con system available in KIA Seltos, when temperature control setting is at 25, 24, 23 degree celsius and outside temperature at 35 degree Celsius. Is the Aircon climate control system working effectively and normal?
I think the miscommunication here is that you’re referring to the Auto Climate Control?
What is a climate control system Aircon?
