Try resetting your sound settings in the menu...see if that clears it up.
If that doesn't work and there is still no sound (touchscreen beeps, audio, Nav) you may have a bad amplifier in your sound system. You'd need to take it to the dealer for warranty.
Of course there's the old IT mantra..."have you tried turning it off and back on again?" (the whole car, that is...you may need to shut it off, get out, and walk away for 10-15 minutes. The main bus on vehicles can often remain powered for quite a while)
