My Kia Seltos S Turbo FINALLY has wireless Apple CarPlay after dealer update!

My S has had it since March. I haven't updated any of the software.

I think the newer ones off the lot had the update already.

Waiting for wireless to be available on the 10.25” display in my SX Turbo.

I thought they said it couldn’t support wireless CarPlay.

That's correct, but I'm just hoping it can be added with a software update. Might not be possible, though. 🤞

I went for service last week and I asked the service advisor to update my system for wireless CarPlay. When the car was done, the service tech said that wireless CarPlay is not yet available for the 10.25 SX screen.

its the first time i bought the higher end kia Seltos, and now only learn the base models only got wireless AA. not impressed at all with this or Kia's handling of this.

Yup I have a SX turbo loaded, and only works with a cord.

Will the 10.25" ever get wireless AA?

I saw some of guys add a dongle to get wireless carplay or Android auto.

Pickup wireless Motorola USB dongle from target or best buy. Takes five minutes to install and set up, works flawlessly for adding wireless to 10.25 screens. Cost is $99 shipped

70$ ha dang car should work wireless with any phone in the day and age.....
