After 2 years of buying my seltos developed abnormal sound in the engine,I took it to the skydac workshop Lucknow where after checking they told me that connecting rod of my engine is bent and needs replacement my car is lying in the workshop for the last three weeks and I am supposed to take the delivery tomorrow.anyone else who faced the same problem ?

Had the same problem with my 2016 Kia Soul with the 2.0 engine.. Kia grounded the vehicle until a fix was available. Supplied me with a loaner free of charge and then after 60!da ya s out of service replaced the engine. Thirty days later vehicle went into limp mode and wouldn't go any faster than 30 mph . This happened 10 days before our winter trip to Florida which forced me to lease a 2021 Kia Seltos with the same engine . Supposedly they updated ever but it sounds like your on the same road I traveled . Currently have 27k miles on my Seltos with no problems. GOOD LUCK
