Wow...yes, the commands take up to a minute to complete in my experience, but you better try the UVO Assistance Center - 844 886-9411. Maybe an issue with the phone? I have an inexpensive Chinese Xiaomi phone and it seems wot work fine....
New Seltos EX owner
Greetings from the Land of Lincoln (Springfield, IL). I just traded in my 2013 Soul on the Seltos EX. I'm loving the car, but have a bit of a problem with UVO. I've tried to remote start via UVO 10 times and was only successful once. The other 9 times I got an "Invalid Schema Error". Has anyone else had this issue? The remote door locks work, but tend to be slow to respond.
