I just completed this and I am very disappointed to have done so. If KIA had supplied information on the new look - yuck! - and changes - some yuck some meh.

There appears to be no way to change the color theme which is a strange neon purple. In addition, the home screen which was able to be split in 3 is not available apparently.

KIA please send us owners information on the update prior to us deciding to update.

I have been exchanging information with Kia via the Nav update website maybe this update is for Canada only.

Oh you’re in Canada. It’s (strangely) not released for the US yet. I wonder if this one is on a slow release? I’ll keep an eye out

The Nav update program is being a bit weird but it’s showing me about 20gb for the download

Yup weird mine says 19,972(mb) I did the big one in Aug.

Yeah that’s what I’m looking at here. 19,972mb is a bit under 20gb. They probably want everyone to reflash everything even if you’re only updating one or two systems.

Oh my I just had a Canadian brain freeze, it threw me for a loop cause this one said it would take 30 min, the one in Aug took all night lol. But anyway I think I will wait to update

Taking the Seltos in for 18K service next week. I'll ask about the update and see what happens.

Forgot to post. Installed last night and this update is notably different for sure. Disappointed that Kia doesn’t provide changelogs... It’s not gonna massively affect things for me - the purple isn’t the worst but the radio screen is BAD.

I’ll just keep doing my thing with CarPlay.
