Sometimes when I start my car the reverse camera will not work but the parking sensors do. It is happening unexpectedly, hence difficult to trace the exact action which may cause the issue. It happens during ignition time only. If I turn off the engine and turn on during this error, after engine start it will work properly.
Do anyone facing this issue ?

The infotainment has been reset to resolve the issue but still it happens sometimes

I have recently purchased Kia Seltos GTX+ 1.4T as of Sep'22. I am facing a similar issue. The Reverse Camera doesn't get activated and the Display Screen continue to Show the Home Screen only. I tried changing the Gear back to Drive and again to Reverse, multiple times, but the Reverse Camera/Park Assist Display didn't comes ON. 306 Degree Camera Display works fine at this moment. If I Switch Off the Engine and Restart the Vehicle, it works fine. The Dealer has no solution except to Reset the Infotainment System which doesn't help. Can anyone help on this? Please help....Thanks!

Don't know whether this will help you. What I do is after starting the engine I wait for sometime 30 to 40 secs max before shifting the gear from P to R.
Why I am doing this is to bootup infotainment properly..

I have the same issue in my 2023 GTX+ dct model bought 6 days ago hence started looking online for a fix. I observed it when I came back after drive and while parking saw issue that it stopped showing reverse camera when shifting to reverse gear. Though all the camera works fine when I tried to switch the view mode. Tried changing gears back and forth but didn't help. Engine on off doesn't help either.

I suspect that if it is not easily fixed by cleaning the rear camera lens, in under the hatch lift handle area, then it needs to be a dealer fix issue, sorry.
