Anyone else experiencing excessive scratching to the extremely shiny dashboard? My wife tried wiping off dust with a clean microfiber cloth and I noticed that there were very fine scratches.

Very interested in others' experiences here and any recommendations for how to treat this apparently very delicate body part.

I had this in a couple cars and they call it piano black.It does scratch quite easily and there is not really anything you can do to prevent it.I covered most of it with carbon fiber pieces I bought from Ali Express.I will hopefully cover it all when the other pieces become available.

Went in with a microfiber to remove dust and left a several inch long scratch... bummer definitely. I'm gonna wrap it.
