Purchased the S model. Hooked up my iphone for Apple Car play. Connection & hookup very easy and setup. I'm experiencing difficult operation. I have Sirius/XM App, comes up great, but trying to change the channels, is very difficult. I would like to change the Sirius channels using the steering wheel button. But the weird thing is the steering wheel channel selector seems to change the "Tracking", (forward and backwards) only. Very strange. Would anyone know?
Also very cumbersome to run Google maps, much worse with Waze, while listening to Sirius. Car manual is absolutely awful regarding the Media, or Appleplay. Any thoughts?

update: I was told that the steering wheel channel selector can't change Sirius channels, but I can do it on the touch display screen or phone, good while driving, lol.

Update: Traded in my S model for a SX Turbo, sounds crazy but they gave me an excellent opportunity and I'm very happy I did!

Oh hell yes! I was having a hard time in getting used to all the electronics. Manual wasn't providing me with enough info. Since I switched to the SX , almost all the extras are clearly defined and easily manageable. I posted a problem with my hatch constantly locking on me. With the SX i found the problem instantly, which is: Whenever you open your hatch on the Selto, you have to have your key fob in the vicinity. Which on my others that wasn't the case. Google and Apple play works exactly the same. But with the SX and going back to the built in Sirius/XM there really isn't any need for it. Love the wireless charging! I couldn't get over the LED color changing lights that wrap around you at night. The led lights pulsate with the music, but after about 5 min that got old, but still like the steady colored light.

One more thing, the only thing I really don't like is the Turbo gas mileage is much lower than the 2.0 liter engine. The turbo really takes off after 30 mph or so. But I rather have the better gas mileage.

It the most effed up update I’ve ever experienced. I’m thinking of hiring a lawyer and suing. It ruined my music.

Also you should contact KIA Customer Service and Complain to them this update is the WORST. I've made several complaints to KIA about this. Still can't understand why they had screw with everything including the home screen. I had 3 nice split views on my screen now I can only get 2 split screens. Home screen is a Purple Mess! So Please contact KIA Customer Service, hoping they will send another update.

Check out this post today from our Canadian Kia dealer. He is saying that there will never be wireless Android auto and Carplay in the 10 and a half quarter inch screens.
