Is it not true that most transmission issues are "software" related regardless of the type of tranny the Seltos uses? The dealer should have the appropriate TSB regarding the specific problem and solution. Unfortunately they often don't reach out. The consumer will need to be proactive and expedite on their own, or potentially have warranty "issues."
I can only speak of my situation. I had my transmission replaced at 2900 km. I asked about the update I read here but they said my problem was not software related. I have the regular engine not turbo.
