I won't have mine for another week but I'll post after I've driven it around. The dealership had an EX to test drive but since I'm getting the SX I know the experience won't be the same. I have read that people generally like the 1.6T engine with AWD however the power delivery isn't so great on the lower end when starting from a completed stop.I haven't heard of anyone here that has taken a test drive now that they are readily available in the US. When will you do that?
I was very impressed when I took mine.
Definitely agree. I wish there was a way to keep sport mode on permanently.Same here, normal mode is not perfect. It shifts in about 2000rpm's or less. You get from 1st gear to 4th gear very quickly and feels odd. Sport mode solves that jerkyness because it shifts at about 3000rpm's instead.
It's not bad, and it's meant to keep fuel consumption low. But sport mode does feel better.
KIA MOTORS NEEDS TO HAVE DEALERS UPDATE DCT SOFTWARE.Definitely agree. I wish there was a way to keep sport mode on permanently.
They have released an update to the DCT logic that the dealer can install. I got it done during my oil change. I have noticed a definite improvement.KIA MOTORS NEEDS TO HAVE DEALERS UPDATE DCT SOFTWARE.
