I figured I'd be a little proactive and pick up a couple of spare wiper blades to have on hand. Once again, I'm seeing conflicting info on sizes.

AutoZone: 24" and 18"
Advance Auto: 22", 24", 17", 18"
O'Reilly: 22", 24", 17", 18"

On KIA parts websites if I search for wiper blades for my 2022 Seltos, I get results with license plate frames, seat covers, water bowls, but no wiper blades. So I figured I'd go out and measure them. here's what I get:

Driver's side is 23.5"
Passenger side is 17.5"

At least everyone seems to agree the rear is a 12".

Interestingly, Amazon only shows Driver side as 22" and Passenger side as 17", however I confirmed your measurements and I would absolutely go with the Autozone picks.
24" & 18" will fit fine and give you the most sweep area. A 22" and 17" would be too small IMO as they are shorter than factory.
I would also recommend spending the extra $ and getting a nice set of silicone flex blades.

Thanks for confirming my measurements. I've had very good luck with AERO blades in previous vehicles, so I may just go with them. I've also read that OEM blades seem to work best for some owners. I wonder what size the dealer would say is the right size. ;)

I purchased Trico winter wiper blades back in January. I believe I purchased the 17" maybe the 17.5", but it had some problems, it barely fit. When I turned them on, the large one started to vibrate because of the length. When I manually lift it above the windshield I have to bend it around the hood edge. I've been using it since, but need to replace it. I'll measure it and update this post.

Sounds like the Trico blade is out of spec or the blade length isn't centered on the mount....I'm interested to hear what the actual measurements are.

Not that this site is necessarily accurate, but at least they seem to acknowledge different sizes between model years. Kia Seltos Windshield Wiper Blade Size (2020 - 2022)

Kia Seltos Wiper Size
The Kia Seltos has different wiper blade size requirements depending on the model year.

For example, the 2022 Kia Seltos requires a 22" driver's side blade and a 17" passenger's side blade while the 2021 Kia Seltos requires a 24" driver's side blade and a 18" passenger's side blade.

-----------------

What I find most annoying is that every KIA parts website I search for wiper blades, doesn't even list any. Rather they list license plate frames, door sill plates, seat covers, dog bowls, etc. I guess it makes sense that every part site has the same thing, even though it has nothing to do with reality.

i had my dealer replace mine while having some warranty work done and all of them together was $64.00. seemed quite steep for factory blades.

Just to chime in: I agree with KIA blades are bad. But don't buy Trico blades! Every time I purchase them, I forgot why I'm replacing them. Trico is so overrated, I've had Trico only last about 4 or 5 months. They suck.

FWIW, I had very good luck with AERO blades when I had my Prius. And the whole reason for starting this thread was that I couldn't get a definitive answer on which size(s) to buy for the Seltos.

I was wondering the same as I don’t see an answer on exact size for driver/passenger sides.
I went 1” larger for the drivers side…the 23” would be too short imo.
Factory specs is 23” driver, 17” passenger

you can do a 24” driver and 18” passenger with no issues.
