Touchscreen not working

Hello, my problem is touch screen not working. The infotainment system from couple of days. Display is not showing and in sometimes reverse camera also not working. Then when we on the radio the music is coming but screen display is not showing. The touch screen display is coming with the kia logo and display is blank. Please help me with these problem..

I have just experienced the same problem , Please what is the Solution

I had the same thing happen to me yesterday on my Forte 23. Was driving listen to music and then realized the screen was black.
