My transmission arrived in the US around 1/26 and then had to be shipped to the dealer. It arrived at the dealer a week later, and they replaced it immediately. If your dealer has the transmission, it seems like they would go ahead and fix your car. Have you spoken to Kia Consumer Affairs? They monitored my case.After 36 days, the new transmission arrived. The dealership is saying they are "hoping" to be done by mid march. I was okay with the fact that I had to wait more than a month for the part to arrive but the fact that they have my car and the part and are just staring at it and not making any effort to get me back in my own car is extremely frustrating.
