Anyone found any under cargo storage trays? I know the soul, sorento, etc have them.

Yes. There is a little room under the cargo floor around the spare tire area to store things. My wife's 2020 Jeep Renegade is smaller and shorter than the Seltos, yet somehow they provided a bunch of storage under the cargo floor- tons of it! I've had my Seltos SX since August, and after noting the many unavailable items, or items only available on lower trim packages (WTF?), I doubt I'd buy another. Mine stickered just under $28,000 and has several options, but there are others I wish were available on the SX. Most manufacturers allow all sorts of possible options once you move to the top of the line trim. But not Kia!
