2021 EX new to me. I saw a similar thread on this by Venom? My problem is the same thing. I've tried a long press to access SIRI but no luck.Short press also wont work. I can dial from the touch screen but what good is that? Having to plug in the iphone XR or my SE to voice dial is going backwards.My phone works fine using voice dialing from steering wheel in another vehicle without USB cable being connected. Can anyone give me the solution to this? Maybe my software needs an update to cure this?

Use the Kia Navigation Update software on your computer to download it to a USB drive and use the Update Guide at the top for the full list of instructions: Navigation Updater | Official Kia Navigation Update Website

No need for wifi, and I would plan 1h30m of update time. You’ll need to keep the engine running so make sure you’re fueled up beforehand

Alternatively, you could take the car into a dealer and they’ll just run this process for you.
