I was just saying that I made the appointment which will be happening Friday. I called two places, and nobody asked me if I wanted ceramic or standard. I don’t really know the difference but maybe I should do some research before I go in so that I get what I want.Let’s see some pictures. Did you go with ceramic or standard tint?
Keep a close eye on infrared rather than UV. I’ve been having people use Xpel Color Stable film on my leased cars which isn’t ceramic but still blocks 99% of UV.Standard tint is just the color, ceramic tint has a UV blocker in it so heat from UV rays don’t soak the interior of your vehicle as quickly. People have noticed that the AC doesn’t work as hard to keep up on hot days.
I forgot the brand I used but it has a lifetime guarantee at any dealer for fading, scratches, bubbles, peeling, or in case a window is replaced. I spent $160 I believe for the front two windows and the visor strip.
