I am not aware of any false promises. If you're talking about the infotainment system, it was very clear in my research and paperwork that it's a 3 year 36k mile warranty.
Worst Electronics in Seltos
Hi,
I own a Kia Seltos which i Purchased on 28/08/2020.
What i am disheartened is that the electronics do not match the excellent quality of the car.
My UVO system aka the sound system conked off completely on the 10th of December 2021, barely 1 year and 4 months after the purchase, thank God for the 3 year warranty that it is being replaced FOC, just imagine if the same would have been put of warranty then i would have had to shell out close to INR 1 L for the same.
This is not what was expected out of a international brand like KIA.
Please be extremely careful about tall promises that Kia has made before the launch of this product, it is certainly not matching with those promises.

I am nit even aware of the blog that you have posted.
I have posted in the public forum so that future buyers of Seltos are notified.
No posts are ever directed to one person. It's just a post on an open forum. I happen to be a member of that forum. I believe you completely misunderstood the meaning behind my "reply". I simply was trying to understand what you meant. Since I'm a new Seltos owner, I'd like to know more about the issue you were refering to. So, please don't attack.
