Rendered. I'm guessing it'd sell though. And really not much changed rather than the oversized wheels (which I'm guessing wouldn't actually fit, and the suspension ride height. Beyond that a lot of it's cosmetic, blacking out of the trim and badges. Speaks a lot for the Seltos high trim. More realistic-looking faux exhaust. Glossing up the parts that were plastic.
Still looks pretty cool, he did a nice job...I wouldn't have known until you brought it up. The level of graphic detail in today's computer renderings is phenomenal.
